Our approach.

Working in logistics we know that it takes an entire group of people to make the impossible, possible.

Through collaborating with our customers, suppliers and team – we’re able to help move some of the largest brands across the world.

We like to think we’re a bit different from your typical logistics firm. From establishing in 2014 to becoming the UK Sales Partner of DHL a few years later – the way we do things has been recognised by industry giants.

With an ever-growing team and working closely with the University of Nottingham and Nottingham Trent University, we’re committed to hiring the best talent and leading the way in logistics.

From graduates to years of experience, we develop all our staff to be the best they can be. From finance to customs, operations to IT; nothing would be possible without all the people that make up Team Baxter.

Take a simple shipment from the UK to Germany – do you know how many people are involved to ensure it meets the final customer? In just our office alone, nearly all our teams cooperate together to ensure goods make their way, safely and securely!

Collaborating together

Over a third of Team Baxter focus on providing solutions to our customers. With over 40 Account Managers who provide a dedicated service to their customers, to our Key Accounts team which oversee the movement of 25,000 shipments a year and our Solutions Consultants which individually specialise on our various products; designing solutions based on specific complexities.

Our experienced Operations teams of over 50 people help organise all movements from the weird and wonderful, to everything in between. Ranging from the seas to the skies, our experts in Aviate, Consolidate, Accelerate and Navigate get it done!

Being meticulous and working round the clock is something which is no stranger to our Customs team. By being on hand 24/7, we ensure your goods can always move through borders, without any time delays.

Strategic insights from our other departments like Marketing and Finance help us constantly evolve, be creative and make a real mark in the industry.

By working together we’re able to achieve more, and although our roles may be different, our approach remains the same – delivering the highest quality service possible.
