Getting your shipment ready
Using our expertise in both our Consolidate product and Europe, we can find the best customs solution, whether you need a regime 42, or article 23, - we will sort it for you.
Collection
We do the leg work so that you can be safe in the knowledge we are looking after your goods. We do those extra checks so that all your paperwork is compliant, so you don't have to stress. Our Consolidate solution was designed to eliminate headaches from groupage. We are fully integrated with DHL's state-of-the-art technology so you have full traceability from the moment we collect your goods.
Using the Consolidate Experts
The Consolidate Team along with your Account Manager really shine when moving goods to Europe. They manage the shipment for you, advise on delivery times, updates from tracking and everything in between. Whether on our standard service or on a time critical booking, they will ensure your goods are where they need to be, and when.
Customs cleared
Our in house 24/7 Customs Team are responsible for clearing your goods. We have many options for which country to clear your goods, utilising our Customs partnership with Gerlach, checking your import documents as we go. Our Customs Team is there to support you through the entire process, whether it involves a timed delivery, day definite delivery, exports, imports, DDP, DAP, or communicating with the consignee for both delivery and clearance.

Delivery
Once customs cleared, we’ll sort the delivery utilising the expansive DHL closed network. Depending on the service you’re booked on to – we’ll deliver on the agreed time & day (if priority) or within the agreed timeframe (if standard).
We can provide you with updates along the way so you can prepare for your pallet/s to be delivered. If you require POD's, simply ask your Account Manager and they can tap into the barcode tracking & obtain online POD’s.
