A product which is designed with decades of expertise requires a logistical solution which ensures precision at every step of the journey, and provides the customer with the high-end product they are expecting.
Importance of relationships
Since 2020, we have been working with Amtico to distribute their products across Europe. Our high levels of customer service has enabled our relationship with Amtico to flourish and create innovative ways in supporting their supply chain.
Our Consolidate solution ensures 37 pallets are distributed on a weekly basis. Being UK Sales Partner of DHL means we have access to a wide network of hubs across the globe – this in turn means we can offer our customers an efficient service along with the stability that DHL brings.
The difference we bring
Our Key Accounts Team oversee 2 weekly collections from Bremen and 3 weekly collections from Coventry, both arriving at DHL France. A quick and reliable service is something we pride ourselves on – we ensure that the trailers from Coventry arrive to France within 24 hours.
To help the smooth-running of Amtico’s supply chain we ensure that an Export Accompanying Document (EAD) and commercial invoice is raised before exporting.
We also set up customs with SmartBorder which ensures a secure and seamless supply chain. Customs can be a complex thing to understand, but our 24/7 Customs Team are always on hand to offer their support and expertise!
Sarah Reid – Amtico’s Key Account Specialist
Sarah is the dedicated Key Account Specialist who assists Amtico with any requests they have – no matter how big or small. She is there to book all collections, provide daily tracking reports, price each individual daily shipments all whilst presenting monthly KPI’s and POD’s!
