That’s why, at the top of our priority list is building and nurturing long-term relationships – whether that’s with our customers, our suppliers, or our Team Baxter members. And in the world of logistics, where no two days are ever the same, having somebody who knows the inner workings of your business and understands your supply chain end-to-end is vital.

Now in our 10th year, our team at Baxter Freight has seen the logistics industry evolve significantly over the past decade. Particularly after Brexit, the complexities around logistics and supply chains have grown substantially. For many UK businesses, trading with Europe has become more difficult, and even domestically, growing environmental, political, and economic pressures are also disrupting the flow of goods around the UK.

To keep up to speed with the growing needs of our customers, and to help businesses successfully navigate these challenges, we have taken action and levelled up our Account Manager role.

Meet the Solutions Architect

As a Solutions Architect, our Account Managers take the time to know our customers’ supply chains inside out. We can provide businesses with solutions that relieve the challenges they are facing and offer improved efficiencies.

With a focus on personal growth and development, our Account Managers are invited to embark on a career journey with us. It’s about growing their skills and investing in their career to give them the tools they need to grow, develop, and deliver a customer experience like no other.

In line with our ambitious growth plans, we are looking to recruit 16 new Account Managers by the end of the year, taking our total Team Baxter numbers to 155 with a projected turnover of £40 million for 2024.
