zOE lAMB
Zoe is Head of Client Transition and Impact for Barclays UK Corporate Bank, focused on delivering our net zero and sustainability commitments for the UK client base. Zoe has over 20 years’ experience in the banking industry, working within the Real Estate sector since 2018 and is responsible for Barclays net zero targets for this sector in the UK. She joined Barclays in 2010, initially providing corporate and leveraged debt financing solutions across a range of sectors. Prior to this, Zoe worked at KPMG in Corporate Finance and Macquarie Capital in Debt Advisory.
Heather rIGBY
Heather Rigby is Senior Sustainability Manager at Proper Snacks, the B Corp behind the PROPER and Eat Real brands. She leads the company’s sustainability strategy across environmental and social topics, working closely with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams to embed sustainability throughout the business. An MSc and PIEMA-qualified sustainability professional, Heather has experience in climate and sustainability strategy, ESG materiality, sustainability reporting, greenhouse gas accounting, and responsible sourcing. With a background spanning FMCG, food and beverage, and agriculture, she is passionate about driving collaborative action to create more sustainable and inclusive food systems.
will jenkins
Will is Managing Director at Seismic, a sustainability agency that helps businesses become increasingly impactful forces for good. He joins following an impressive tenure at Accenture, where he was Managing Director and UK&I Sustainability Lead for the Resources Industry group, as well as global lead for the firm’s carbon intelligence offering.
Over that time, he has partnered with some of the world’s largest companies, including Aldi, Tesco, Pret, BP, National Grid, and Vodafone, on sustainable business transformation and climate resilience.
Ian Baxter
Ian Baxter is the Founder and Chairman of Baxter Freight. With over 30 years’ experience in the logistics sector as both an owner and CEO, he has overseen Baxter Freight’s growth to a team of around 150 employees since 2014. More recently, Ian has led the company’s transition to becoming a certified B Corp™, focused on delivering market-leading logistics solutions whilst supporting more sustainable supply chains and helping customers do the same.

Ro is a Director at Seismic, a sustainability agency that helps businesses become increasingly impactful forces for good. She has partnered with over 100 companies, embedding sustainability frameworks into the commercial heart of business, from fast-growing PE-backed businesses to large privately and publicly held companies like WD-40 Company, St Austell Brewery, and Tony’s Chocolonely.
Before joining Seismic, she spent 20+ years in global in-house experience leading operational, commercial, and ESG teams, knowing what works and what doesn’t to drive meaningful change. She brings deep expertise in logistics and procurement, helping businesses embed sustainability across their supply chains and sourcing decisions to create resilient, responsible operations from end to end.
tom isler
Tom Isler is a specialist in sustainable freight and supply-chain decarbonisation, focused on making lower-carbon logistics simpler, more practical and commercially viable. His work centres on helping businesses simplify logistics while decelerating global warming, combining emissions measurement, lower-carbon transport solutions and carbon insetting to turn sustainability ambition into meaningful action.
