Our approach
We’ve been working with Zodiac since 2021, and from then have worked on numerous projects across Europe all whilst building a long-standing relationship.
From kitchenware to cutlery, storage to tableware – the collaboration between Zodiac and Baxter Freight ensures these goods always make their way on time.
With being a large volume account, Zodiac are looked after by our Key Accounts Team, who provide both in-depth understanding and high levels of customer service.
Using our Consolidate solution, we collect Zodiac’s goods from their Birmingham base and transport one full load to both Ireland and Europe on a weekly basis.
The hands-on approach our Key Accounts Team offer ensures that communication is constant. At every step of the journey, our customers are provided with key information about their goods, meaning that there are no surprises.
