Elena Wilcox

For Elena it’s all about providing the highest level of customer service, so what better fit than being one of our Account Managers. She loves getting to know different people and is motivated the most by making a real difference to our customers. Although she’s new to working in logistics, Elena is no stranger to working in fast-paced environments, so fits right in at the Baxter sales floor. With being such a people person, she also appreciates that working in logistics is a real team effort and works alongside others to find the best solutions for her customers. When she’s not at work, you’ll most likely find Elena with an instrument in her hand! Her musical skills have led her to perform inside Birmingham Grand Central Station and tour around Edinburgh.
