General Supplier Terms:
All business is transacted under the British International Freight Association terms, available from www.bifa.org or from Baxter Freight on request (Membership No 3166). These terms may only be varied by a director in writing. Any information or data provided by us or our partners is confidential and shall not be changed nor shared with other parties other than in direct relation to the performance of the services.
AEO Security Declaration:
As an Authorised Economic Operator (AEOC & AEOS), we must take necessary precautions and assess the security and safety of our business partners. Please carefully consider the following statements and whether you meet the criteria.
Please note that your confirmation applies to the extent of the services you are providing, e.g. if you are only loading, transporting, then unloading goods, then producing and storage obligations do not apply.
I hereby declare that:
Goods, which are produced, stored, forwarded or carried by order of Authorised Economic Operators (AEO)
- Are produced, stored, prepared and loaded in secure business premises and secure loading and shipping areas (if applicable).
- Are protected against unauthorized interference during production, storage, preparation, loading and transport (if applicable).
- Reliable staff are employed for the production, storage, preparation, loading and transport of these goods
- Business partners who are acting on our behalf are informed that they also need to ensure the supply chain security as mentioned above.
