Living Wage Week is used to spread awareness on salaries, to help people get the pay they deserve. This year’s theme of ‘More important than ever’ highlights that over 4.8 million workers earn below the Real Living Wage.
WHAT IS IT?
The Real Living Wage is independently calculated based on what employees and their families need to live and is higher than the government’s minimum wage. We’re proud to be one of 11,000 businesses in the UK to be paying our employees the Real Living Wage, this is a voluntary commitment we make, to ensure our team will always meet the cost of living.
