Have you heard that our Customs team provides 24/7 support? Working closely with our partner Gerlach, the team operates day and night to help our customers and suppliers, ensuring all documents are cleared overnight and any issues dealt with efficiently.
Here are our people who work behind the scenes to ensure documentation is correct ahead of time, to keep your freight moving.
Led by newly promoted Tom, our team includes 8 new starters who are all experienced customs experts.
Tom says: “Not only do we have the right people in place at Baxter Freight, but the support from Gerlach gives us access to experts in 170 locations, across 27 European countries. 8 months into our partnership, we’re able to quickly turnaround clearances, meaning fewer delays and faster transit times for our customers.”
Each playing a vital role in the chain, our team seamlessly manage the entire customs process end-to-end, offering hands-on and personal support to customers, suppliers and the wider Baxter Freight team. We offer a range of incoterms for shipments – including both Limited and General Fiscal Representation for DDP shipments.
