Key Account Specialist

The impact you will have
You’ll be immersed in a customer focused and dynamic environment where every day you’ll be managing the daily requirements of our larger clients from supplier collection to delivery providing the best quality service.
You will be reviewing information that may change at any point, these changes/updates need communicating to the relevant people and resolving in a timely and professional manner. Your attention to detail and customer focused approach in an ever changing world are vital to building the trust with our clients.
A typical day
- Dealing with Key Account customers’ daily requirements in line with the service operating procedures and service level agreements.
- Tracking and tracing all Key Account shipments via our Online Portal, communicating with our partners to investigate and resolve any non-delivered shipments and managing our key customers’ expectations.
- Processing shipment reports, resolving discrepancies identified and advise customers of any amendments.
- Producing and maintaining up to date management reports, master files, key account files and spreadsheets to ensure accurate costings and invoicing information.
- Monitoring and recording key performance indicators for each individual account escalating discrepancies to the relevant stakeholder.
- Ensuring any appropriate paperwork has been received and forwarded to the relevant departments.

- You have experience working in a similar role, relevant experience within the industry OR are you a university graduate with a 2:1 classification?
- You will be someone that has built lasting customer relationships, who provides a high standard of work.

- You have strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- You are able to work to a deadline and make decisions under pressure.
- You are a natural problem-solver and is someone that can think on their feet quickly.
- You have a great telephone manner and are confident speaking to customers at a senior level over the phone?
