The impact you will have
This is a creative and detailed role for a multi-platform content creator, ideal for someone who can deliver highly engaging and meaningful content to convey a range of messages, whether that is detailed insights into complex issues, or driving employee engagement through fun and powerful content creation.
The audience you will be targeting ranges from B2B customers, suppliers of freight, and internal comms/employee engagement. This specialist role requires an individual who is prepared to engage and collaborate at every level and be an expert at seeing the business from lots of viewpoints.
A typical day
- Planning, writing, and scheduling on social media, blogs, including video content, newsletters and working with other Specialists to create visually striking content.
- Regularly proof reading and editing comms for accuracy and quality – ensuring our brand guidelines and voice are at the forefront of your mind.
- Leading the creation of case studies, Whitepapers and industry insights.
- Managing and organising the comms plan working with the Marketing team to identify gaps and identifying content creation where required.
- Leading on the visual language and brand for all campaigns and new concepts working closely with the marketing team to create alignment across all channels.
- Researching business-relevant and interesting topics to find engaging angles for content creation and curation
- Working closely with internal teams to drive key Baxter Freight messages.
- Working closely with HR to drive community and engagement with the Baxter Freight brand, from supporting with recruitment content to organising in-house events and engagement.
- Working on specialist projects and supporting wider team where necessary.
- Regularly updating our website, using WordPress and Elementor.
- Creating meaningful press releases by engaging with key stakeholders that will support our overall brand position and campaign success.
Is this role for you?
- 2:1 Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on communications or marketing.
- Experience in delivering a range of visual content, communicating complex messaging to a variety of audiences.
- Experience in delivering a range of content styles, from written, film and graphical content to communicate clear and succinct messages, inline with our tone of voice.
- Ability to copywrite and proofread with excellent grammar and an eye for detail.
- Strong organisational skills and capability to manage multiple projects.
- Planning, writing, and scheduling creative content for a range of social media platforms, keeping up to date with the latest trends.
- Design skills utilising proficiency with Canva and Adobe suite would be a plus.
- Delivering engaging internal content, across all platforms.
