We’re looking for an enthusiastic, relationship led individual to work within our Key Account department. You will have a passion for customer service and building relationships. The role involves managing our larger customers’ daily operational requirements ensuring those customers are serviced to the very highest of standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, a customer service driven ethos and comfortable interacting with customers at a senior level. You will have a methodical approach to work, whilst being able to work accurately at speed, if required. Finally, you will work well within a team environment but have an independent approach to problem solving when necessary. Experience of working in a similar role within the freight industry would be advantageous.

The role involves working Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.
