ACCOUNT MANAGER

About the role

As a fast-growing and ambitious business, we’re looking for account managers to research and source their own leads using various platforms to develop relationships, as well as bring on new business by engaging with clients by phone and video. You’ll manage the full sales cycle from start to finish and have full autonomy in managing the accounts thereafter. We’ll support you every step of the way, from shadowing our senior account managers to working closing with our BDM team, with 1-2-1 coaching to help build your extensive portfolio of clients. You’ll be immersed in a fast-paced and exciting environment where every day is different – and there are plenty of opportunities for learning and growth, alongside our focus on career progression.

 

Is this role for you?

  • Do you have basic sales experience? This could be any form of sales – telesales, face-face and either B2B or B2C.
  • Do you have a 2:1 degree?
  • Are you confident reaching out and striking conversations with potential customers?
  • Are you passionate about helping customers?
  • Are you driven, with a hunger to succeed?
  • Can you work independently?

 

What you’ll get in return

Our account manager scheme offers realistic OTE (on target earnings) with an uncapped bonus and salary progression. You’ll receive a starting salary of £23k per annum, plus a £4k guaranteed bonus in your first year (guaranteed £27k in your first year) – basic salary increases based on performance. For your own personal development, we have structured progression in place to enable you to advance your career with us.

Our working days are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, and we also offer 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) and a contributory pension scheme.
