About the Role
Initially, the role will be focused on identifying business opportunities by contacting prospects to gain information about their current freight requirements whilst developing your knowledge of the freight industry. With plenty of training and coaching along the way, we will naturally develop you into the Account Manager role; selling our services over the phone, optimising opportunities and managing a client base, whilst delivering a first-class customer service experience.
You will start on a salary of £20,000 per annum progressing to £25,000 per annum within 18 months by achieving realistic targets and rewarded through our uncapped structured commission scheme. There is also an opportunity of a £400 monthly car allowance from month 24.
You will be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, a strong team working ethic, a natural ability to build rapport and a hunger for success. Basic sales experience either F2F or tele sales; B2B or B2C alternately freight experience. We are a successful and ambitious company offering a supportive and progressive environment.
